Posting this because on my run today a woman yelled from her Jeep as she was driving, “Put some clothes on!”
I wish I had the opportunity to tell her how it feels to hear that. YOU try running six miles on the streets in 80+ temps and come back to me and tell me that yea, wearing a sticky, itchy, and down right uncomfortable shirt is a good idea.
Body shaming is just so aggravating. All I’m trying to do is run in the most comfortable way possible. I’m not showing off, I’m not aiming to be provocative, I’m not even wearing tight spandex. But who cares if I was? Who cares if I wanted to flaunt my body? It’s my body and I have every right.

Can we love vegan bloggers any more? Minimalist Baker created these Salted Caramel Peanut Butter Truffles, and there are just five ingredients. Okay, we’ll give you two: salted peanut butter and dark chocolate. Find out the remaining three ingredients here! In the meantime, we’ll be in the kitchen making these beauties.
Easy Nutella Protein Dough Balls
- 3/4 - 1 cup healthy nutella (Can sub any nut or chocolate nut spread)
- 4-6 tbsp maple, agave, or honey (more or less to taste)
- 4-5 scoops whey protein powder (vanilla or chocolate, depending on how rich you like it)
- 1/4-1/3 cup oat flour
note: you can adjust the whey or oat flour, adding more/less scoops, etc.
—> place all dry ingredients in a bowl
—> add the nut spread and the sweetener, stir until combined, shape into dough with your hands and refrigerate till eating time.
—> ENJOY! x
